Our Story
OasisBauen Holdings Limited traces its roots back more than twenty years to the vision of Dickson Omoagie, who laid the groundwork for what would become a multi-disciplinary holding group. Over time, his children took a keen interest in the family enterprise — one now resides in Germany and drives the group’s European strategy, while the other, a qualified lawyer, established the legal and real estate advisory arm. The structure took clearer shape once a trusted family friend — Divine Enyeru, a Nigeria-based civil engineer — brought deep expertise in infrastructure and construction; his wife stepped in with operational leadership, and the casa director joined to round out the senior team. In 2026, the group formally rebranded under the OasisBauen name — not as a new company, but as a renewed commitment to building across borders. Through its five subsidiaries, OasisBauen is engaged in real estate development, civil engineering and construction, architecture and design, cross-border compliance, and capital portfolio and private investment management.
